The Artist-Colour Plant "OTOCKI" was founded in 1981. Initially the range of our products included teaching aids for elementary schools and high schools. Following our research and responding to our customers' needs we have specialized in the production of poster paints. Our experience in that field resulted in steady annual increase of our sales and a number of satisfied customers.

Our aim is to deliver poster paints of the highest quality to the satisfaction of our customers. Being able to respond to customers' needs and flexibility of our offer have been our most imoprtant priority. Every customer is treated individually according to thier specific needs and requirements. We guarantee timely response to orders and (upon request) we deliver our rpoducts without additional charge.

Of course the health of our customers and the environmental compatibility is our top priority. Our paints have the Certificate of Health Quality of the National Institute Hygiene as well as the Certificate from the Burgeau Veritas France with the CE test seal.
